Challenge: Develop trauma-informed research with psychological support, ensuring safe participation for vulnerable users, while designing accessible solutions that meet the needs of diverse users, including children in foster care, survivors of abuse, ex-convicts, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities.
Overview: Intress, a well-known social services company in Spain, reached out to the company to explore the implementation of disruptive technological solutions aimed at providing significant value to its users and workers.

Eurofragance
Challenge: Investigate the needs of the users, in this case the Eurofragance employees, to design new functionalities and a new interface for the work software.
Overview: The company needed a complete upgrade of its internal software, used by employees to manage their daily tasks. The current system was obsolete and did not meet the current needs of the users, which generated friction and low efficiency in the daily work.
